Roadmap to Reduce Air Toxics

It should be fair to include all electric car to be eligible for clean air rebate not just pick the one that have limited number for rebate on all cars should qualify no matter if the states say that they have limits for that vehicle like Tesla the r...↓ebate program say they used their limit and no longer have for them it not the consumer fault that they have a more sought after vehicle this vehicle is still a clean air car and it's not our fault that the others are not sold as fast as Tesla↓
