You unelected people need to have your heads examined. The middle class is being crushed by your INSANE policies. Stop trying to drive the oil and gas industry out of California. To import gasoline and oil from other countries is idiotic. We need to...↓ use the resources that are here to drive industry and ease the burden on Californians. You are out of control and need to be throttled back. I promise you, a day of reckoning is on its way for all of you if you continue to create financial pain for the good people of California.↓

Do NOT put on anymore restrictions for air quality. I would prefer the current restrictions be reduced.
I am concerned that there is no transparency and accountability in how emissions budgets are set and enforced. Changes in requirements are made ...↓so budgets based on "predictions" will agree to one another.
The agency is certainly partisan as it calls out in its own overview that Federal law changes are "illegal". Specifically: "In June of 2025, the current federal administration adopted illegal congressional resolutions". Well, CONGRESS across the nation did not like be bullied into submission by California laws.
I live in CA. I am forced to live under draconian laws in this totalitarian government state. The agencies have put so much unrealistic pressure on businesses and consumers that businesses and residents are fleeing.
Think back to Covid19 restrictions. Air quality improved in just DAYS. That tells me that we have not and are not causing irreparable harm to our environment. Meanwhile, you DO cause irreparable harm to businesses, people's livelihood, and to the State's economic future. Enough with regulations already!!↓

Shipping fuel from outside sources to California will cost consumers more and is no better for the environment, that you claim to be so concerned about protecting with all the regulations you have in place and are trying to move forward with.
A 60,0...↓00 metric ton cargo fuel freighter from India in November 2025 took one month to reach Los Angeles. What happens if there is a storm? What happens if there is a leak? What happens if there are pirates that over take the cargo? All of these things are possible.
What is the carbon emissions from the cargo freighter bringing fuel from an outside source to California comparatively? It's worse, we all know. If the fuel is being driven into California from out of state the same answer will apply.
Consumers cannot afford to pay more for gas and we cannot afford to replace our vehicles just to accommodate the unrealistic expectations you place on the citizens in the state. Rising taxes. Rising costs from fuel means rising grocery costs. Do not raise fuel costs!↓
